What is the typical turnaround time for a production project?

The turnaround time depends on the scope and complexity of your project. It can range from same-day delivery (upon request) to over a month for larger-scale productions. For event video and photo shoots, our standard delivery time is around 7 business days. If you need urgent delivery for PR or social media releases, we can provide same-day turnaround at an additional cost.

Do you handle overseas production?

We are a production house based in Hong Kong. So if you are an overseas company looking to host an event, or corporate expos in Hong Kong, we can assist you with the production.

For overseas production, we are welcome to provide our services but usually the clients need to cover the transportation and accommodation for our crews, apart from the service fees. In some countries, we may need to apply for a working visa.
