The 10th Healing Arts Festival presented an expansive setup with both indoor and outdoor activities, celebrity guests, and over 100 live events in two days.The challenge was to maintain a consistent aesthetic that reflected Regal’s brand image — natural, elegant, and uplifting — while capturing candid, energetic moments amid changing lighting and tight schedules.

Approach

Our photography team focused on immersive storytelling, capturing emotional and spontaneous moments that reflected joy, wellness, and community spirit.

Execution highlights:

• Coverage spanned indoor workshops, outdoor wellness activities, art booths, and musical performances.

• Candid shots of guests, performers, and hosts interacting to show warmth and authenticity.

• Focused on balanced lighting — leveraging natural daylight outdoors and soft fill lighting indoors.

• Color retouching emphasized the warm tones of wellness and Regal’s signature gold-and-green palette.

Result / Impact

The final collection highlighted the festival’s holistic energy — from laughter at the booths to calm meditation scenes. The vibrant yet balanced photos were later featured across Regal Hotel Group’s official website, LinkedIn, and internal newsletters, reinforcing its image as a leading wellness hospitality brand in Hong Kong.

The shoot also provided versatile media assets for future marketing materials, digital promotions, and annual sustainability reports.
