Challenge

The Burn’s Supper by St. Andrew’s Society gathered Hong Kong’s Scottish community, VIP guests, and partners like HRAFN GIN for a night of tradition and celebration. The goal was to capture the evening’s grandeur, authentic emotions, and cocktail showcase within a fast-paced event schedule.

With one photographer assigned, careful timing and positioning were critical to cover both the ballroom proceedings and the cocktail activation simultaneously.

Approach

Our photography approach combined luxury editorial composition with lifestyle event coverage to preserve the mood and authenticity of the celebration.

239 retouched high-resolution images were delivered within seven days, offering St. Andrew’s Society and HRAFN GIN an extensive image library for PR, social media, and partner promotions. The photos became part of HRAFN GIN’s brand portfolio to highlight its premium event collaborations in Hong Kong.
